    好心情V{^oo^}V

    扭完生化，顿时觉得心情飞扬，连窗外灰不溜秋的云彩看起来都特别可爱。
    最近越来越发现自己是个很情绪化的人，当愿望得不到满足的时候就会郁闷和焦虑，而且有时候会任性地把不良情绪转嫁到别人身上，让亲近的人受伤害。按照成功心理素质训练老师的话来说，这是一种不健康的情绪管理模式。以前我没意识到，但现在发现这的确很伤人，需要立即改进。
    最近还发现要复习的内容好多哦，有些怕怕咧~~~anyway只能硬着头皮上了，就不相信搞不定生化细胞物理统计检索医英！吼吼~~~
